What is difference between administrator and full user in MS navision?

Dear Pawan dahiya ,
IN Navision there are no permission called "administrator" System having only following kind of functionality
License Type :
1. Full User
2. Limited User
3. Device Only User
4.Windows Group
5.External User
Product Type :
Stater
Extended

Full User is nothing but full read and write access to entire licensed functionality.
Which kind of Administrator you are saying about?
Administrator can be a role to the machine not to NAV.
