I want to find the price list in Dynamics 365 for Customer Service

Dear Friends,
I have a case:
1/ The ABC commpany want to implement Dynamics 365 for CRM (Sale, Marketing, Customer Service)
2/ The total users of this company is 100 users.
3/ The customer want to integrate Dynamics 365 for CRM with virtual switchboard
4/ The customer want to integrate Dynamics 365 with some channels:
switchboard
WebChat (Skype)
Facebook (inbox, comment)
Email
Contact form

etc

Questions:
1/ Can the Dynamics 365 for CRM run on-premise and on-cloud?.
2/ Where can I find the the price list, user licence of Dynamics 365 for CRM run on-premise and on-cloud?
3/ I want to find the whitepaper introduce the software requirements of Dynamics 365 (on-premise and on-cloud).

    You really need a partner to help you out.  The answers are not that easy.  

    D365 will run on-prem or coud but Cloud will always be ahead of on-prem

    It will easily connect to all that you mentioned above but it isn't out of the box per se.  Some configuration needed.
