Hi,
I am new to nav. I posted multiple sales orders using batch post(Nav 2018). We use external doc no on Salers orders. I selected ship in filters. I noticed once whse shipment is posted the external do on sales order has changed and all have same external doc no. .( The sales orders are posted under single whse shipment)Can anyone explain why external do no has changed in Sales Orders? I must be missing some set up?

External Document could not be changed. Are you using some customized module?
Also what do you mean by "Ï selected ship in filters". Batch posting of sales order is fine but how you post multiple sales order under single whse shipment.
