CRM Product to NAV Item. Is this mapping possible?

Hi! I'm unable to do mapping for Product of CRM to Item of NAV. But the reversal is there in the default Dynamics Connector itself. The same way in my scenario, I need to send the Invoice from CRM to NAV. But I'm unable to do the mapping itself. Why we are unable to do Bi-directional synchronization for certain entity? Kindly help me out.
