Phone Call summary is not putting the contact record name

When making a phone call through the Teams dialer and recording the call, the call summary is generated, the regarding and calling to field have been automatically completed when the call enters matching with the phone number, however in the call summary tab in all the places in the report it is not giving me the name of the contact is generating it with the phone number:

Also in the /Action items/ is not automatically putting the contact linked to the phone call:

Hi,

The issue you have encountered is an expected behavior.

This occurs when the customer you are calling is not an existing contact.

In my case I have an existing contact and is the one detected automatically making the call:

So I expect that the attendees is automatically linked to the contact detected and the phone number changed to the caller name:
