Vouchers have zero balances but do not appear in the 'Closed transactions editing' form

Some vouchers for a particular vendor are not visible in the closed transactions editing form although they are settled and has zero balance. What could be the possible cause for this?

    Also find the screenprint of the vendor invoice transactions for that particular invoice -

    Here the voucher VInR-000017328 is visible in the closed transactions editing form, but the other 2 vouchers are not visible.

    The vendor doesn't have a different invoice account setup

    Yeah i will debug it and try to find out the cause.

    Do you know if the customer account has a different invoice account setup?

    If this is not the case then you need to debug the issue and the behavior of the form.

    Hi Ludwig,

    There is no filter applied on the closed transactions editing form.

    I have tried resetting the usage data but its the same result.

    Its the same issue in test environment as well.

    OK. Is there any filter applied in the closed transaction editing form?

    Have you tried resetting your usage data to remove any filters/customizations made to the form?

    Also, do you see the same issue in a different demo/test environment?

    Yes both the vouchers are settled and both the vouchers are related to the same vendor

    Are the two vouchers that you showed in the first screenprint settled?

    Why is it that you have duplicate invoice numbers?

    Are the vouchers related to the same vendor?

    Please find the screenprints of the two vouchers that are not visible in the closed transactions editing form. Also aatataching the transactions screenprint of one of those vouchers.
