How I can find where are database and transaction log files? I use Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2. I know SQL name, but I don't know where are physical files.

You need to open NAV in Classic client. Go to File->Database->Alter. You can find physical file locations on tabs Database Files and Transaction Log Files.
