Hello ALL,
There is a sales order line with item x and quantity 18, it is picked. But, shipment has only 17 qty and 1 is been shown in the field 'Quantity not in shipment'. Currently the shipment is in staged status. Is there any way to pick the quantity 1. If yes, please let me know your suggestions

Yeah, I have seen that thread before and tried the same but still quantitynotinShipment is 1. I also tried the adding shipment line but while activating it errors out

Go to Sales line > output orders. find the output order that is not in shipment (with 1 quantity), end / cancel output order and try post picking list again. Alternate is to go to shipment > lines and see if you can add the pending line to existing shipment rather than creating a new pick route/shipment.
