Creating prior year's EFW2 file

Hello,

I'm on GP 9 and we just discovered that our W2 Electronic File for the end of 2009 was never created and/or submitted. All of the other year-end steps were run and W2's successfully created and printed, but this one step was not done.

How can I create the 2009 EFW2 file? Can I do it in the current database, or do I have to restore the 2009 end of year database backup that I made in 2009?
