Hello,

I am using the marketing forms options in dynamics marketing to add new contacts to CRM from my website but I don't know how to relate it to the accounts.

One idea is to add a previous form for the contact to indicate the account data and if it already exists, look for the reference in CRM and pass it to the contact form but I don't know how to do this.

Any ideas?

Marketing forms with contacts and accounts

Hi,

The Account Name field in the Contact entity is a lookup field of type customer and cannot be added to the marketing form.

Managing Partner in the Contact entity is a lookup field that points to the Account entity.
However, this field cannot associate the account with the contact, only the Account Name field can do that.

Here's a workaround.

In Power Automate Flow, when a new contact is created, it is filtered by the Source Form field to see if the contact was generated from a specific marketing form.

This contact is then associated with a specific account.
