We'd like to use Extender to link inventory item cards with item images so they can be displayed from GP and through a SmartList or Excel Refreshable Report or SQL view. We don't have Extender yet, so I can't test this. Since we'll use a link, and items will be saved outside of GP, I don't think there would be any image size restrictions specific to Extender but wanted to check. Does anybody know?

Denitsa, this is not possible out-of-the-box, with or without Extender.

Sorry, I'll try to clarify. With Extender is it possible to have a picture of an inventory item appear when looking at the inventory item maintenance window? If so, are there any size restrictions on the image?

Denitsa,

Since you're only storing a link, I cannot see how image size would be an issue. Unless i am misunderstanding what you're asking?

HI Denitsa,

I apologize but I do not know exactly what you are referring to as there is no way to create images unless you are referring to reports in Report Writer. Could you provide more information?
