I'm looking for a method that will allow me to take the customizations that are currently setup for one user and make this apply to all users.
I found KB 864902 in CustomerSource but this does not appear to be a supported method in Dynamics SL 7.0 (SP3).
Is there a way that I can get this done on version 7?

Hi Richard,
When you import the newly modified .cst file, on the Import Customizations screen there is a Options button. If you click on that button you will have the option to Merge the 2 customizations (it will default to Overwrite).
I have found in the past that the merge options does not work 100% of the time, so please double check the customization file after the merge to ensure that it includes all modificiations.

Thanks for the suggesstion Chris. I will give that a try.
One question though. If I already see some screens with both a "self" and an "all" customization applied to it will changing the "self" to 300 cause a problem? Or will the two levels be merged into one?
Hi Richard,
I would try to export the screen customization first. Then open up the .cst file via Notepad (with wordwrap turned off). You can then modify the Sequence to be 300. Next delete the single user sceen customization from that screen and re-import your newly modified .cst file.
