Cannot create Pick

Hi,

 

We currently cannot create picks in the system due to this error. Can you please suggest how to resolve this ?

    On the location Setup you can turn on "Always Create Pick" and if this is a data issue you may help to see that.
    It does appear to be more of an extension error or processing error though.
    Can you remove all extensions and try again to see if that is related to that potentially.

    the error message doesn't seem to be typical functional related. Any idea if a customization is related to the issue?
