D365 online is integrated with sharepoint for a custom entity. Users are able to upload files under document section.
Now, I want to pull the report of all records which has files uploaded and the file name. How can I do that?

You can check document location entity where you will have the regarding field which will represent relation to your custom entity, and from there you can retrieve records having documents attached.
