Not possible to initialize the CPOS | "The redirect URI....."

Hi everyone, 

we run into a problem when we try to initialize the CPOS. 
 

The App (d5527362-3bc8-4e63-b5b3-606dc14747e9) lies in Microsoft owned tenant and was still working until yesterday. 
Do you have any idea how to get the initialization working again?

    Hello,
    Could you please specify the current application version [D365 and CSU] that you are using, and whether it is in a tier-1 [CHE] or tier-2 [sandbox] environment?

    Also, please review the document below, which provides the steps to set up your own custom Azure App registration in your own tenant for CPOS. You can give it a try.

    I recommend checking the values of the redirect URIs configured for the specified application in the Azure Portal.

    Hi, the error message has mentioned in the MS document, you need to check if the redirect URI (reply URL) configured in the application and the Microsoft Entra app registration don't match.
