I checked by adding Casetype = Request condition to Applicable when ...action ..
In this way , it is working for this condition , at the beginning when I create a case and set Casetype to Request...but when I change Case type to request when updating the record , the SLA timer still remains and does not go away..(it must be deactivated)
I didnt do it with success criteria ,while the timer still runs and it is only not able to succeed .. that ie the timer still runs for ever when casetype = request ..
But I want to deactivate the SLA timer itself when Casetype = Request..
I hope you get my point .

what if you added "Casetype = request" condition(using "OR") to the success criteria for that SLA?
