    Hi,

LISTPRICE is not the field you want. All currency fields are stored in the database with 5 decimals. Format is not considered when writing to the data table. What you want is the DECPLCUR field to determine the display format. In the example you posted, each of the items listed are set to 5 decimals. I understand you are new to Dexterity, but I think the best bet for you would be to review the Programmers manuals that come with Dexterity where it will explain in detail how to use a range and extract the exact data you need from the table.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    Hi,
The information for how many decimal places for the price of an item is stored in the ivItemCurr table (IV00105). This is the Item Currency table. You will need to create a field (can be a local field) on your form that pulls the information from this table. You would then link the format of your price fields to that field. That's how I think it works, I haven't actually built a form to try it.
    Kind regards,
    Leslie

Drag the 'Currency Index' field from Global filed and place it on window, and then go o Tools Menu, select Link format selector . After that click on your field and move your cursor to the 'Currency Index' field.

    Edited for correct field.
