Multiple currency and consolidation

I am having problem on doing consolidation.  I entered the exchange rate under the average rate and run consolidation.  It was able to complete the consolidation with no error.  But when I ran the financial report.  The total should be adding the US$ + translated foreign currency together.  But it is adding the USD and foreign currency up.

Could anyone please tell how to fix this problem?
