Does that mean information is a read only form?
Hi,
Information is the name of the form for an entity.
See the screenshot below.
Go to Settings --> Customizations --> Customise the System --> Components --> Entities.
Choose your entity.
Click on Forms.
You will be able to see the Information form here.
When the Scope of the business rule is set to Information, only on this form the business rule gets triggered.
Hope this helps.
Information is a form type. Scope make sure the business rule loads and executes in all or one of the forms.
"Information" is one type of form for the entity.
