Have you discussed this with your partner? They would know different options for implementing EFT and BPay.

There is not a functionality core to GP to use BPAY, but I hope that someone in our community has and can offer further insight into this and (+) BankPro & BPAY - Microsoft Dynamics GP Forum Community Forum
