is MS Dynamics/365 ERP is available in Offline mode?

I am looking for an ERP (NAV/365) where it should work offline data sync method in diff place.

i,e . We have 1 HQ and 10 branch in 10 different place where internet connectivity is not consistent, but the legal entity is single. i need an erp solution where the data has to sync from branch to HQ when there is internet availability on branches. If the internet is down, the branch should work offline with out any disturbance (Example : out of 10 branch and 1 HQ , 9 branch and 1 HQ dont have internet. 10th branch can able to book all transaction like sales , Purchase Etc...). Once internet is up, relevant data has to sync from branch to HQ or branch to branch or HQ to branch.

The same above scenario i need it on mobile app too.

Is nav/365 can fulfill my above requirement ?

You can have D365BC on-premise on the branches and then create a data sync service with the master company that you can activate only when there's connectivity. This is a ssenario that personally I've handled different times.

regarding the mobile app, native one has not offline capabilities. There are third-party apps that supports offline mode.
