Send Email On A Specific Time To Customers Which Cases Are Resolved

Hi,

I have a scenario where I would like to send out emails on a specific time, each day at 08.00. I want to send an email to every customer that had a case that has the status of Resolved. The email is a feedback email, are you satisfied with our Support. If someone reactivates the Case, and resolves it again. This email shouldn't be sent once again, only once.

Any input on how you would resolve this, thanks!

You can do this easily with a workflow and do "if status =resolved and time frame last 24 hours and schedule it to run every morning..   Have you looked at voice of the customer at all for surveys?

Ok thanks. No, I will use Clickdimensions surveys for this scenario.

You can do it in two ways:

    1. Workflow

    2.MS Flows

As you need to schedule it at 8 AM in morning then MS Flow will be better.
