I want to access SRS reports from GP - My report home page. Now I have to go to Edit report -> SRS reports for accessing reports.

Have you deployed the SSRS reports in GP?
Please have a look on the below link for deploying SSRS in GP.

After deploying you can see the reports in My Reports options in GP. You can also add this as well a short cut.
The above steps are accessing SSRS from GP. But, not clear the point (Now I have to go to Edit report -> SRS reports for accessing reports.) Please give more detail

I don't understand what your second sentence means. If you want to have SRS reports available, add them to My Reports and make sure the My Reports section is selected to be displayed on your home screen. You can also create shortcuts and quick links to them but these two methods won't work well for multiple companies.
