Mobile Detour Configuration – Missing “Paste in Delete Containers” Option in Entity

I’m setting up the mobile detour to delete containers. The configuration works as expected in Entity A. However, when I configure the same detour in Entity B, the option to select "ContainerID" in “Paste in Delete Containers” is not available.
I’ve used the same lookup table and fields in both scenarios. Could you please advise what might be causing the discrepancy in Entity B?

Hi

Thank you for your input. We have identified the issue on our side. The Container ID field was missing under the Warehouse App field names, which caused the problem.

Hi

Make sure you are attaching the mobile menu "Delete container' to the right step Id which is as below

If issue still persist check the table which you have attached to the detour. The connection of the "Delete container' mobile menu and the step iD should be accorate.

Good day,

Can you execute the following actions in entity B?

1. Click on "Create default setup" in the form "Mobile device steps" (might take a few minutes)

2. Click on "Default setup" in the form "Warehouse app field priority"?

3. Click on "Create default setup" in the form "Mobile device steps"?

After the execution of the above actions, can you try it again?
