Hi Steven. When you receive, ship, invoive items, etc... you ask to the system to register "ledger entries". thanks of this, you know when and how much you sell to your customer or from your suppliers your items. As long as you have received, shipped, invoiced, etc items, you cannot change the unit of measure. The only way to do it is to creat a new item and transfer adjust quantities from old items to new item accordingly. Hope i helped you
