CRM 2016 on premise issue with IE settings

hello all,

we use crm 2016 application for our project and our agents have windwos 7 and IE 11. We interact with other services to get data in our crm application.

We want to upgrade to windows 10 but we could not get the data from external application in IE. The same settings work in windows 10 IE 11 but not in windows 10.

If we enable 'access data sources across domains' then only it works. But our security team think it is a security issue. Anybody has any alternate idea how to resolve this issue? Thanks!
