On of my users would like to post summary lines as opposed to detail lines within Navision 2013. I have seen the Summarize. option when researching the net but cannot locate this within Navision.
Can you please help me.

For W1 standard version, you need to generate summarized entries manually and post them.
It is available in localisation of certain countries. Refer below link for the details about Belgium Localisation.

You have now two options,
1) Develop the functionalities from Belgium Localisation to your database
2) Create the summarized entries in Payment Journal and then post it.
