Dear all

I have strange case considering the following :

1-we produce our finished product regarding our customer request .

2-in reality we don't have stock for finished product .

3-i don't have any reservation in any production status

i know reservation of BOM in Ax done in one of production status

my request is :

when create sales order i would like to add functionality to do the following :

I requested to reserve BOM for finished product from sales order

is this applicable any suggestions please .

Crispin you explain my current statues 100 % true and i'm agree with your suggestion also

reservation for BOM must be done by production order

but production department reject this solution because if we get report about what is really in production will represent not real statues .

so do you think master plan is perfect here to auto create productions orders ??
