I am working on updating to proper lead sources in our CRM. The "Original Lead source" was set as "optional." After our sales team has then converted them to contacts with opportunities I need to be able to now update so we can track what the proper original lead source was. I know this field in contacts is dependent on the original lead source and carried over so many are blank since nothing was selected. Most with a source selected were incorrect which I need to clean up too.
So far I am not able to find a way to edit the now blank (or incorrect lead sources) for these contacts.
What steps must I take to be able to fix this mess.
