Move CRM 2016 online from one O365 tenant to another O365 tenant

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi All,

Need advise to understand the procedure and challenges to move CRM from  one o365 tenant to another.

Scenario:

I have CRM 2016 in one O365 tenant (OT1) registered as domain A(user1@domainA.com).

we have another O365 tenant(OT2) registered as domain B(user1@domainB.com).

we want to move this CRM to OT2 to be registered under domain B.

Note: we don't want to move domains from one tenant to another. Only want to move CRM from one domain to another.

    Hi RJ

Only the MS Online Support team will be able to do this for you, just log a Support Request on your 0365 Portal and they will get back to you within a day

Let me know if you have any problems :)
