Journal - Tenders "Tender Entry" report prints to local receipt printer even though I specify otherwise

We have networked Konica Minolta printers that the workstation in question can print to normally (outside of RMS) in addition to the 40 column receipt printer attached locally. Receipts print normally on the receipt printer. Duplicate receipts print normally on the receipt printer. However, when we open Journal - Tenders so that the transactions Tender Entry details and signature are viewable, and then print specifying one of the networked printers, the networked Konica never receives the print job, it goes instead to the receipt printer. The result is that the left 3 inches or so of the Tender Entry page we want to print is printed from the receipt printer.

Any idea how to get the Tender Entry to print to the Network printer?

This is what I've discovered:

- When the Receipt Printer is the system default printer - the receipts (duplicate or otherwise) print correctly.

- When the Normal Format printer is the system default printer - the reports, including the Tender report with the signature, print normally.

- When you try to print a report to the Normal Format printer while the receipt printer is the system default printer, the report is sent to the receipt printer.

- When you print a receipt to the Receipt Printer while a Normal Format printer is the system default printer the receipt IS printed to the receipt printer, but the fonts are squashed up.

So, in summary, RMS only functions properly when printing (regardless of what you're printing) to the printer that is set as the system default printer.
