When opening a purchase order im getting the below error. There are GRNs for this PO.
I tried all ways that were in community. Maybe, since the POis assigned to GRN am i not able to open the PO.I don't think that could be possible reason. Could anyone suggest or help me with this.

Have you tried to run the checklinks for purchasing transactions?
Also check the status for this PO Number in POP10500 table. If the status is not 1 then update it to 1 then check the PO in GP.

Thanks for your reply.
I don't see any thing related to that PO in SY00800 or SY00801.
and Dex_Lock and Dex_session. May i know what Possibly can be the cause of this issue.So that i could backtrack from there. Everything seems to be fine with PO and Grn.
I think that PO is locked with activity/session table in SQL.
Kindly ask all the GP users to log out from GP and run the below query in SQL server then check the PO.
DELETE DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY
DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00800
DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00801
DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK
DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION
