[BC14] Picture factbox in item card not available

Hi, one of our client's users have an odd problem - he desn't have available picture factbox in item card. Every other user has, he hasn't. He dosen't have user specifict permissions or role. He tried "restore default" action as well as I deleted his personalisation on this page, but that had no effect.

As pictured below, everyone have this factbox avaiable, except this one guy:

Any ideas where to look for a cause and how to resolve it?

I didn't try reinstallation of windows client yet, but in this specific case we try to avoid it.

    Hello,

    That is weird indeed. If another user logs on to this users workstations and starts Business Central using his own user name, is he able to see the Picture factbox. If he can, then there is no need to reinstall the Windows client (which saves you the effort). Then it is user specific. Also have that specifc user logon to another workstation and let the user start the Windows client. Does he see the factbox?
