This would depend on how you have the row definition formatted. Normally, you'd format it using your main account segment. For example, I have my row definition formatted using 1100. When I generate the report and drill down on 1100, I'll see all the accounts that use 1100-
000-1100-00
000-1100-01
100-1100-00
I would not see account 000-1200-00, since it would not be part of the 1100 main account segment. The row detail would not show the full chart of account, since it is only formatted with the 1100 main segment.
If I had a single row that was only a wildcard, then drilling down on that should show the full chart of accounts, since we are basically telling MR to include everything. In the report definition, on the Settings tab, you'd need to check the option 'display rows with no amount' and uncheck the option 'display blanks for zero accounts'.
