Hello Team,
Is there is any possible method/way to send wishes from the HR system by email to employee for ( Birthday and Anniversary ) through talent?
Can workflow be used?? if yes then how??
Or any other ways possible.

I can't think about a way to do this directly in Talent.. But you might be able to create something using MS Flow.
The birthday could be used as trigger to send a e-mail message.
I've not tried doing this, but that would be my starting point for sure.
