All project Data is not coming for specific user and entity

Hi Folks,

A specific user having issue while accessing data in All projects of a specific entity.

A user has grant a role with specific organization and it is facing issue as no data is coming in All projects. Although a new table is been added in the form but I didn't understand is it happened for this reason and how I can identify what's the problem as all the roles are fine.

Hi, Please check that 'View projects' or 'Main Projects' privilege is assigned to security role. If there are multiple roles assigned to that user then check from Security configuration form if these privilege is Denied for any role. Deny access will override all other grant access.

Hi,

ProjTableListPage will have the parameters like Data entity filter. Have you tried changing that filter for that user and check?

Also if you remove assigned organization from that particular user does it shows all projects?

Hi Girish,

Yes, when I give grant access to all organization then ProjProjectsListPage (All projects) all projects records came up and the form is editable as well.

But if it is Grant access to any specific organization then no data is coming and form all button are non editable.

Hi Andre,

Yes, due to some more dimension fields required in the list page, a new data source is created and added in the form which contains the information about financial dimension which is linked with ProjId
