I need your help URGENTLY
I am facing a problem in installation of Web Services of GP2010 on machine Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition SP2. Please kindly provide me the solution. how
can i resolved this issue??

There was an issue with the SP3 install with O/S verifications. You will want to install SP2 first, then upgrade to SP3.
Download the GP 2010 R2 (SP2) installation media to get the full Web Services install. It will be the MDGP2010R2_DVD.zip file from the following URL.
mbs.microsoft.com/.../MDGP2010_Previous_Release_Downloads
Once that is installed, apply SP3
