I can't seem to find a definitive answer online as to how customisations, if any can be made to the Field Service app. It doesn't seem to be customisable through D365 but I just wondered whether it was through any other means i.e the Resco interface.
Has anyone had any experience with this?

FS Mobile is configured the same way as the internal apps: App definition, sitemap, data model, views, forms - you just modify "Field Service Mobile" the same way as you would change "Field Service". In the near future you will also be able to have multiple mobile apps in the FS Mobile container. If you need additional entities/records in offline mode, don't forget to modify the user's offline profile.

D365 Field service app is fully customizable. you can customize it as per your need, To access the Filed Service we need a Resco mobile app. Installed in you mobile. You can customize this mobile app using Woodford.
Hi Paddy, if you're referring to Resco's mobile app which is currently delivered with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service licence, then of course it is highly customizable in a very easy way without coding. You need to install the Woodford solution into you Dyn365/CRM, load a project template and here you go for mobile customization!!
