Automatic transfer of inventory to Fixed Assets in D365

is there an automatic creation of Fixed Assets Number when transferring an inventory to Fixed Assets without creating an inventory to Fixed Assets Journal.

Also, at the moment, we have items sitting in Quarantine that needs to be moved to Fixed Assets but just wondering if there are easiest way to do it without going to Journal ?
