Error while Creating New Entity CRM 2016

Hi Experts ,

I am just start using CRM 2016 Version 8.2.2.112

and it gives me the following error while I am creating new entity

    Since the error log ist realy generic i would suggest to first of all try to create a entity with your administrator account. If that doesn't work maybe a server restart would be a good idea. As i can see you have local adress and work on a onprem version. Did it ever work to create a entity? If it never worked you should check access rights of your service users within your dynamics crm SQL Database. Often you just dont have permision to write into the SQL Database with a the service user who is responsible to create a entity on the backend.

    Hi, are you login using CRM Administrator? If not, just try to login using the crm administrator. Else just try to enabled the error log to see specific error.

    Hi Martina,

    Since its a very generic error and i am sure its coming from the database.

    to get the exact detailed error - i would suggest you to look into trace logs :

    Check if all roles are migrated from your existing version to current version.

    Also you can enable tracing for organization to check for which Role Id entity creation action is failing. With the trace details can move in right direction to fix this issue.
