Solved: PO is created from PR, but the Status of PR is still Approved in Ax 2012

Hi all,
 
Purchase order is created and invoiced from the Purchase requisition but still the status of PR line is Approved. It should be Closed.
Process for creation and PR and PO is followed using Workflow.
This error is affects in some case only.
 
Please provide some suggestion or solution regarding this query.

    Hi,
    The problem is only found in some cases, so investigate the specific instances where the problem occurred. Check the conditions or business scenarios that could cause the difference. Or you can check the workflow configuration. Make sure that the status of the PR changes to Closed after the PO is created in the workflow.
