How to segment by specific responses from custom registration fields?

Hello together,

Our customers would like to be able to segment the respective responses, which are located via configured "custom registration fields" on the corresponding forms of the type: "Event registration".

Unfortunately, we have not been able to map this use case until today.

We have been able to successfully map the respective responses in the events created for this purpose and thus query them via form beforehand.

Only a successful segmentation is still missing, which is why we need help for this.

PS: We have enabled the entity "Event Custom Registration Field (msevtmgt_eventcustomregistrationfield)" in the "Dataset Configuration" for segmentation and can also filter it there.

    Hi,

    Here is where the Event Custom Registration Field and the values it fills in are stored.

    So you need to add the Registration Response entity into the Dataset Configuration. (Steps: Dataset configuration (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs)

    And the segment is something like the following: (Text is the test Event Custom Registration Field, "FF16" is the submitted value of the field.)
