GP2010 - US and Canada Upgrade to GP2015R2

We currently have US and Canadian GP installed on the same SQL server and same SQL instance for GP2010. We're in the process of setting up a test for GP2015R2 and have installed the US version of 2015R2 and have upgraded our restored databases. We're now trying to set up Canadian GP under the same server, as we need Canadian Payroll. Does Microsoft support putting Canadian GP on the same SQL instance or will we need to set up a second instance for Canada and move the Canadian companies to that instnace? Also, does the Canadian GP2015R2 install have an English language version (we can navigate French, if necessary)? We have approximately 40 companies, 2 of which are Canadian and run Canadian payroll.

Hi OHowes,

You can put both payroll on the same SQL server. when we install Canadian payroll just select country as Canada and US payroll is installed as default.

I have a couple of clients who have been using that module for years as they have the same model like yours.

Canadian payroll have the English version but you can select language for any client install to be French if you need to.
