Sorry if this has been asked already but we are new to using the Outlook App and we do not seem to be able to add a duration on an email sent in Outlook that is tracked in CRM.
It is available for tasks, phonecals and is auto populated in Appointments however I can not see in emails. I have tried to find the right pages to configure this but without joy.
Thanks in advance for any help - and also I am a HR professional (not IT) so please can advice be sent accordingly (i.e for an idiot like me!!)
