Outlook App Changes

Sorry if this has been asked already but we are new to using the Outlook App and we do not seem to be able to add a duration on an email sent in Outlook that is tracked in CRM.

It is available for tasks, phonecals and is auto populated in Appointments however I can not see in emails.  I have tried to find the right pages to configure this but without joy.  

Thanks in advance for any help - and also I am a HR professional (not IT) so please can advice be sent accordingly (i.e for an idiot like me!!)

    Hi Partner,

    unfortunately, maybe you can’t make duration field filled automatically after tracking email from outlook, I’m not find solutions to achieve it.

    At the beginning, i want to fill duration manually in app for outlook after tracking the email, but it fail because that status is changed to complete and form is read-only, which means that i can't edit value in the form.
