Hi all, our users experiencing an intermittent problem in CRM when sending emails out.
user hit reply on email some time change from email address to team email address and type body and hit send , CRM gives Access denied error. when click on download log file get above error.
CRM window says Status Draft but its not , if refresh page it change status to Sent. Sometime emails sending out even though CRM gives error. sometime not.
Any one know why this is happening and how to fix.
