Management Reporter - Update company

Hi team,

I need help with MR 2012, I deleted a company from companies and mark like desable the company in Integrations ERP window, then add the company again and click in update companies... but the update does not show the company... what I need to do?

What is your detailed MR 2012 version in the About window ? you should see something like 2.1.15xxx or the like.. Some older versions of MR didn't even had a Datamart (DM)... in SQL, do you have 2 databases related to Management Reporter or only 1?

With an old GP like 2010, I suspect your MR version is not on a very recent version either...

Hi Julia,

The old versions just brought in every company. Then you could select them in the console. So if you're not seeing the company in the console, you'll need to rebuild data mart.

Hi Greg,

GP2010 does not have the option for GL reporting is enabled in GP... Is rebuild data mart the only option? =(

Hi Julia,

You'll want to check that the option for GL reporting is enabled in GP (Tools | Setup | Company | Company | Options). If this is marked and you are still not seeing the company, you'll want to rebuild data mart.
