Relevance Search - Inconsistent results when filtering. Any one else see this?

Hi

In my test site for relevance search I am seeing inconsistent results when filtering. A basic example is a search returning an incident record, amongst other record types. When I then filter by incident record type (for which there are 64 matches), only 1 result is returned, and it wasn't the top 1 from the full results, and the other 62 aren't returned either:

I filter on Enquiries (our name for the incident record) and get:

This is very confusing and not something I really want to go live with...

Has anyone else encountered this and/or can think of a reason why it happens?

No, there has been plenty of time for the changes to be made. And, actually, other changes I have made, such as adding other find and view fields, are visible.

So, can I ask, do you have option sets shows as facets?

Have you recently (within the last hour or 2) enabled relevance search, or changed the data ? Relevance Search works off background exporting and indexing data, so is not always up-to-date, and it's worth allowing time after the initial configuration for the search to stabilise
