
Hi Everyone,
We are looking for a resolution to solve the Human Resources information on Workers that it is shared accross all Legal Entities. We need the ability to hide these per legal entity so the information is only visible to the HR Security role for that specific information.
Is this possible at all in Security?
Version: D365 for Finance and Operations 7.3
Any help would be much appreciated.

The range of security options in Talent is quite different to the options available in Finance and Operations, so you might have more luck posting this question on the FinOps forum.
I'm not entirely clear on what you're looking to do, but if you want to restrict the visibility of data which is by default shared across legal entities, in FinOps you need to be looking at XDS policies. There's not a massive amount of content on those in D365 as far as I can see, but the concepts should be similar to AX2012, on which there is more content. Try this link and see how you get on:
If you want to hide certain fields for certain roles and you're not so worried about legal entities, you can do that within the security config setup. This page should give you a starter on that:
