Birthday Notification

Hi,

I have a requirement to pull a list of contacts who's birthday will be the following month i.e show all contacts who have a Birthday in July when I run the query in June.

I have tried with Advanced Find but the query looks at the year rather than the month.

You can't do this directly with Advanced Find. You could do this with a Reporting Services report. If you have CRM OnPremise, then I'd use a SQL report as you can use the SQL date functions in the WHERE clause. If you have CRM Online it will have to be a FetchXml report, and there are no useful filters you can use on the query, but you could use conditional logic in the report to only display records based on the month of the date of birth
