Sales Order can't be found in GP after updating line via eConnect

I have written a process to push order lines updates to GP via eConnect. The order line update works correctly but after I run the update I can't find the order in GP. The order still exists in the database if I look it directly through SQL. The following day I looked for an order I previously updated and the order appeared again. I only utilize the taSopLineIvcInsert node. We also use Multi Entity Management by Binary Streams.
